I am realizing that growing up mean taking responsibility for your actions: good or bad. What can't other adults do this also. No one wants to admit when they're wrong or when they've made a mistake, but I am looking hope in humanity when I see the nation, fro our the top to the bottom make excuses for their wrongs; rather then saying "I messed up" and learning from it. I wish some of my friends and co workers would take note, cause they really look like a fool when they screw up royally, then blame the little guy---really? We're there?
I am leaning that growing up means forgiving those who wrong you. I had a situation recently where I was wronged, but as with anything, you move on and you decide how to react. I can only be responsible for my actions and hope that it may be an example to others. Forgiving those who wrong you, and really, deep down, forgiving them, takes a lot. It takes a lot of hurt to overcome, but wow, what freedom and release you get from it. May God allow me, and others, to be able to responsible for our actions, even when it's not a good thing, when we mess up, and to be able to move on from those situations with a better understanding for life and hopefully learn how to handle those situations and most of all, how to be humble.
